Emotionally Bold – Rehab Edition
On 11th of October Reconfidence officially kicked off Emotionally Bold Woman Rehab Edition targeting women with high potential in life, yet struggling emotional trauma and other life controlling issues. Our first project will be Teen Challenge Women’s Rehabilitation Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
Many individuals turn to substances or compulsive behaviors as a way to cope with underlying emotional pain, anxiety, or trauma. This complex relationship can create a vicious cycle, where addiction worsens emotional problems and emotional distress fuels addictive tendencies.
Teen challenge Kenya is a Christian faith based 12-months residential program for men and women, 18 years and above, who are struggling with drugs, alcohol, substance abuse and other life controlling issues with over 77% success rate. More about Teen Challenge Kenya
Duration & Topic
Emotionally Bold Woman Masterclass is a 10 weeks reflective and practical programme addressing deeply seated emotional, mental and relational struggles. Our sessions entail deep dive workbooks/journals, psychological assessments, interactive lessons and provoking reflections. So far we have graduated 42 women from our programme and looking forward to witness deep healing transformation in the lives of these women creating beauty from their ashes.
Emotionally Bold Woman coaching sessions deals in depth with issues of emotional trauma, approval addiction, defining values system, exploring personal potential, building functional relationships and purposeful living. At the end of the masterclass we shall have art therapy session and a two days retreat addressing adverse childhood experiences.
